Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated and tired (the first room I had the toilet flush was broken but they changed room with no issues) £20 for parking. Hard to find so had to park on the yellow lines in the car park. Breakfast was varied and good. Would stay again.

Catrinel and Cletus were really polite We enjoyed being hosted by them. Food was really good especially the pizza. Amaretto sour is my fave drink I had it here It was good

This was our 2nd stay at Raddison and have booked our 3rd stay. Absolutely amazing service. Special mention for Iain Gold (night supervisor) who went above and beyond to accommodate our concerns and resolved our queries. Catrinel was fabulous at the check in desk. Hotel was clean and very nice. Pool is warm and breakfast is lovely. Definitely recommend

Located very near to Heathrow, it is perfect if one needs to catch a flight. Room are nice and if the right size. There is a coffee corner, a cafe and a restaurant in the hotel. It also offers fruit-I fused water and candy at the lobby. Staff are friendly too

The rooms are comfortable but dark, they could definitely use some more lighting. I also booked into a twin room with my teenage son but they gave us a double. They had no twins available to swap it so they said they would bring a pullout bed but it never arrived.

Really enjoyed staff here Rishabh smiling making checkin smooth and joyful. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. The location is convenient and everything was well organised. Good value for money — would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent experience thanks to Catrinel at the front desk. She kindly upgraded our room, greeted us with a smile throughout, and was incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. Her warm attitude and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. She truly went above and beyond, and she is a real asset to the hotel.
